Anderica Gilbert
Anderica Gilbert is a local dental technician with over 15 years of experience and a BSc (Hons) in Dental Technology from Manchester Metropolitan University.
Her passion for the field of dentistry was sparked in her teens, and discovering her calling as a dental technician has shaped everything since. After building and running her own laboratory, Anderica is excited to bring her skills in-house, working more closely with patients and the clinical team to deliver restorations that are truly personal. She understands that a smile is deeply tied to confidence and identity, and takes seriously the responsibility that comes with her role: mastering the materials, the science, and the artistry needed to capture what makes each patient’s smile uniquely theirs.
Outside the lab, Anderica finds joy in motherhood, her curious toddler has already decided the lab is an interesting place to be. She also enjoys various sports and the outdoors.

Dr. Teleza Pitcher earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Howard University in 2018 and completed a one-year General Practice Residency (GPR) at Montefiore Medical Center, receiving advanced training in comprehensive dental care.

Tiffani Matthie is a dedicated Dental Assistant and Whitening Specialist who has been in the dental field since 2010 and continues to expand her dental knowledge with innovative cosmetic dentistry.
