Shontelle has been working in the dental field for over 12 years, and what she enjoys most is helping patients feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they arrive. Whether she’s greeting patients at the front desk or assisting during their appointment, her goal is to make every visit as smooth, welcoming and stress free as possible.
She loves building relationships with patients and being part of a team dedicated to helping people achieve healthy, confident smiles. Seeing patients leave with a smile is one of the most rewarding parts of her job.
When she’s not at the office, you’ll usually find her trying new recipes, enjoying a good game of cricket, or spending quality time with family and friends.

Dr. Teleza Pitcher earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Howard University in 2018 and completed a one-year General Practice Residency (GPR) at Montefiore Medical Center, receiving advanced training in comprehensive dental care.
